To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after processing or shipping will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and incur return shipping costs. All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. Report any damage to support@coldplungesaunasupply.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
